Five Themes, From Housing Policy to Delivery
The U.S. Housing & Community Development Conference brings together housing authorities, city and state agencies, developers, capital providers, and nonprofit leaders working to expand affordable, attainable, and workforce housing across the country.
Through panel discussions, roundtable dialogues, and interactive Q&A sessions, the nation’s housing and community development leaders unpack complex challenges, spotlight projects from inception to completion, and share the financing and partnership strategies that are getting homes built.
Sessions are organized around the decisions housing leaders face, from structuring capital and partnerships to land, zoning, design, and solutions for homelessness.
