CANCELLATION & SUBSTITUTION POLICY

  • CANCELLATION POLICY

    Please be advised that once your registration is confirmed, it is non-refundable. Cancellations will not result in a refund, and unattended events (no-shows) are also non-refundable.

    Furthermore, it is important to note that cancelling your registration for the meeting does not automatically cancel your hotel reservation. You are responsible for cancelling any hotel arrangements independently.

  • SUBSTITUTION POLICY

    In the event that you are unable to attend the conference subsequent to securing your pass, we will accommodate the transfer of your registration to a substitute from your organization.

    Please be aware that any such substitutions must be formalized prior to the initial badge collection and before the initially registered attendee has participated in any segment of the conference.

    We require that all substitution requests be submitted in written form by the original registrant. Kindly direct your correspondence to contact@housingconferences.com no later than March 26, 2025.

    Be advised that badges are issued to individuals and are non-transferable post-printing. The practice of badge swapping or sharing is strictly forbidden.
