What meals are provided during the conference?

  • Thursday, May 30: Coffee and full breakfast, lunch buffet, and evening cocktail event with hors d'oeuvres (no dinner).
  • Friday, May 31: Coffee and full breakfast (no lunch).

Do I need to pre-register for the sessions at the conference?

All conference sessions are open to attendees. We encourage you to participate in as many sessions as possible to maximize your experience. Consult the complete agenda in this guide or access our event mobile app for more information.

Do I need to wear my name badge?

Yes, name badges must be worn at all times as they are your ticket to all sessions and meal functions. If you lose your badge, please visit the registration desk for assistance.

What is the conference attire?

Business professional attire is recommended for the duration of the conference.

Will there be filming and photography?

Yes, portions of the conference will be filmed and photographed. These may be used on our website, YouTube channel, Twitter feed, and other social media, as well as in publications.

What is the cancellation policy?

Once your registration is confirmed, it is non-refundable. Cancellations will not result in a refund, and unattended events (no-shows) are also non-refundable. Canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel reservation, which you must do independently.

Do you have a substitution policy?

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to a substitute from your organization. Substitution requests must be submitted in writing by the original registrant to contact@housingconferences.com no later than May 27, 2024. Note that badges are non-transferable post-printing, and badge swapping is strictly prohibited.

Can I view the attendee list?

The attendee list will be emailed to registered participants one week before the conference, but it can also be requested by emailing: contact@housingconferences.com

How can I order electricity or other services?

If your display requires electricity, please call the hotel’s in-house technology service provider, Encore, at 214-712-7081. Alternatively, you can download and email the service form to Encore.

Where can I pick up my items shipped to the hotel?

For package storage and deliveries, contact the FedEx Office Business Center at 214-741-2763. Packages can be collected from the center, with handling fees applicable. For larger items (packages, pallets, crates, display cases), arrange delivery with the team at the same number. Note that package delivery should be arranged only after check-in and will require a recipient’s signature.

Can I ship items out of the hotel?

Yes, FedEx Office offers pack and ship services, along with packaging materials for purchase. Each outbound package must have a completed carrier airbill. Complimentary FedEx Express® shipping boxes and airbill forms are available. Coordination for third-party courier pickups should be arranged directly with those vendors and FedEx Office informed about the details. An outbound handling fee applies to all packages and freight.
